The DSTIKE AI Home Security Sidekick Lite brings the display-based Wi-Fi monitoring experience of the original Sidekick into a smaller, USB-powered format.

Built around the ESP32-S3, it combines Wi-Fi management-frame monitoring, a 1.3-inch color display, an animated character interface, and developer-friendly firmware support. Simply connect it to a suitable USB-A power source for a compact desktop status display and wireless-learning tool.

Key Features

Wi-Fi Deauthentication Event Monitoring

Sidekick Lite can observe compatible 2.4GHz Wi-Fi management-frame activity and display an alert when it detects patterns associated with repeated deauthentication events.

This helps makers and network owners identify one possible cause of unexpected Wi-Fi disconnections during authorized testing and troubleshooting.

The device provides monitoring and alerts only. It does not block wireless traffic, control your router, or actively defend connected devices.

The square color screen presents:

Because it does not contain a built-in battery, there is no charging or battery maintenance required. Connect it to a suitable computer, powered USB hub, or 5V USB power adapter whenever you want it to operate.

The ESP32-S3 provides a flexible platform for firmware modification and embedded development.

The device supports USB firmware flashing and compatible over-the-air firmware updates, making it suitable for developers who want to customize the interface, monitoring features, or other device behavior.
