Terms of service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
1. Overview
This website is operated under the DSTIKE trade name. The legal identity and contact details of the website operator and seller are provided in our Legal Notice.
Throughout these Terms of Service, “DSTIKE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website operator identified in the Legal Notice. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of this website.
These Terms govern your access to https://dstike.com, your use of its content and services, and any purchase made through the website.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
-
the information you provide is accurate and complete;
-
you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
-
your purchase and intended use of the product are lawful; and
-
you are not purchasing on behalf of a prohibited or restricted person or organization.
3. Products and Intended Use
DSTIKE designs and sells embedded development boards, maker hardware, experimental electronic devices, wireless assessment tools, accessories, and related products.
Certain products include functions intended for:
-
electronics and firmware development;
-
education and laboratory research;
-
network monitoring and diagnostics;
-
demonstrations in controlled environments; and
-
authorized wireless security assessment.
Some functions may scan, monitor, generate, or transmit wireless traffic and may interfere with compatible network connections if used improperly.
You may only use these functions on devices, systems, and networks that you own or have explicit authorization to test.
You must not use any DSTIKE product to:
-
access a device, system, or network without authorization;
-
disrupt communications without permission;
-
intercept data unlawfully;
-
bypass security controls unlawfully;
-
violate privacy or intellectual property rights;
-
damage property or infrastructure; or
-
carry out any activity prohibited by applicable law.
Product availability on this website does not mean that every feature is lawful to use in every country or region. You are responsible for complying with local rules concerning radio frequencies, transmission power, wireless testing, privacy, cybersecurity, batteries, and electronic equipment.
Nothing on this website grants authorization to test or interfere with a third-party network.
4. Experimental and Maker Hardware
Some DSTIKE products are development boards, kits, open-source projects, or experimental hardware intended for technically experienced users.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, these products are not designed for medical, emergency, life-support, safety-critical, automotive-control, aviation-control, or critical-infrastructure applications.
Products identified as kits, development boards, prototypes, or experimental devices may require configuration, firmware installation, assembly, compatible accessories, or technical knowledge.
You should review the product description, voltage requirements, pin assignments, battery requirements, documentation, and warnings before connecting or operating a product.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, compatibility information, and stock information are accurate.
Minor differences may occur because of:
-
manufacturing improvements;
-
component availability;
-
supplier changes;
-
firmware updates;
-
screen or display settings; or
-
product revisions that do not materially change the advertised function.
If a change materially affects a product’s main characteristics, we will disclose it where required or contact you before shipment.
Accessories, batteries, antennas, cables, memory cards, and other items are included only when expressly listed in the product description or package contents.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A sales contract is formed when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the order.
We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment for legitimate reasons, including:
-
the product is unavailable;
-
the price or description contains an obvious error;
-
payment cannot be authorized;
-
the order appears fraudulent;
-
the shipping address is incomplete or unsupported;
-
shipping or sale to the destination is legally restricted;
-
the order creates a product-safety or compliance concern;
-
we reasonably believe that the products are intended for unlawful use; or
-
the quantity suggests unauthorized resale or commercial distribution.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method.
We will not cancel an accepted order solely to avoid honoring an ordinary price change.
7. Prices, Currency, Taxes and Import Charges
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or during checkout.
The total amount payable before order submission will include the product price, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us.
For international shipments, the destination country may impose import VAT, customs duties, handling charges, brokerage fees, or other taxes that are not collected during checkout. Unless the checkout page expressly states that these charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility.
You should check your local import rules before ordering. We are not responsible for currency-conversion fees or foreign-transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
We will not intentionally declare an incorrect product value, describe a commercial sale as a gift, or provide false customs information.
8. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or another third-party payment provider. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, tracking, estimated delivery times, delayed-package procedures, and destination restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy:
https://dstike.com/policies/shipping-policy
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. Customs inspections, weather, public holidays, local-carrier delays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
If an order has not arrived within 30 days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed to be lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping and Refund Policies and applicable law.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage normally passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. Different rules may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address supplied by you, an unclaimed shipment, or refusal to pay properly disclosed import charges, we may deduct reasonable, documented return or reshipping costs from any refund where permitted by law.
This does not apply when the delivery failure was caused by our error or when applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Returns, damaged products, incorrect products, defective products, and lost shipments are handled under our Refund Policy:
https://dstike.com/policies/refund-policy
To request assistance, contact us before returning any item. Do not send a return to the address printed on the shipping package unless we have confirmed that address for the return.
We may reasonably request an order number, photographs, a video, test results, or other information needed to identify a problem. These requests do not remove any legal right you may have.
Where mandatory law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, that right applies regardless of any general “change of mind” restriction in our Refund Policy.
For a valid change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for direct return-shipping costs if this was disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits it.
For goods that are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described, available remedies may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement parts, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal guarantee or remedy.
11. Damage Caused by Misuse or Modification
Free repair, replacement, or refund may not be available when the reported problem was caused by:
-
incorrect wiring or reversed polarity;
-
an unsuitable voltage, power supply, charger, or battery;
-
short circuits, overcurrent, overheating, or water damage;
-
operation outside the documented specifications;
-
physical damage after delivery;
-
incorrect assembly;
-
unauthorized commercial modification;
-
installation of incompatible firmware;
-
removal or damage of essential components; or
-
unlawful or abusive use.
A modification does not automatically remove all consumer rights. This exclusion applies only to the extent that the modification, misuse, or external damage caused or contributed to the reported problem.
12. Firmware, Software and Open-Source Materials
Some products may include firmware, software, libraries, design files, schematics, or other materials released under open-source or third-party licenses.
Where a separate license is provided, that license governs your use, copying, modification, and distribution of those materials.
Open-source availability does not mean that every part of a product, website, photograph, logo, enclosure design, or commercial package is released under the same license.
Installing modified or third-party firmware may change product behavior, disable functions, create security risks, or damage hardware. You are responsible for making appropriate backups and confirming compatibility before modifying firmware.
Support may be limited for problems caused by modified or unsupported firmware. Mandatory consumer rights concerning unrelated defects remain unaffected.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the DSTIKE name, website text, original photographs, graphics, page designs, product presentation, logos, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator.
You may view and use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, impersonate, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission or a separate applicable license.
This section does not restrict rights granted under an open-source license or other express written permission.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may contain links to third-party repositories, firmware projects, payment services, tracking websites, documentation, videos, or other independent services.
We do not control independent third-party services and are not responsible for their continued availability, security, accuracy, or privacy practices.
A link does not necessarily indicate that we own, operate, or endorse the third-party service.
15. Prohibited Website Use
You must not:
-
use the website for fraud or unlawful activity;
-
submit false identity, payment, shipping, or account information;
-
introduce malware or malicious code;
-
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts;
-
interfere with website security or operation;
-
scrape or collect personal information unlawfully;
-
impersonate DSTIKE or another person;
-
infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or
-
use the website to promote unlawful interference with communications or networks.
We may suspend access, cancel an unshipped order, or report activity to the appropriate service provider or authority when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity.
16. Website Availability and Corrections
We may update, suspend, or discontinue website functions and may correct typographical errors, inaccurate stock information, or obvious pricing mistakes.
These changes will not remove rights already arising from an accepted order unless permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the website and free informational materials are provided on an “as available” basis.
Product warranties and remedies are determined by:
-
the applicable product description;
-
our Refund Policy;
-
any express commercial warranty provided with the product; and
-
mandatory law applicable to the sale.
We do not guarantee that a product will be compatible with every third-party device, firmware version, network configuration, operating system, battery, accessory, or user modification unless that compatibility is expressly stated.
Nothing in this section excludes statutory guarantees concerning product conformity, quality, title, safety, or fitness that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
intentional misconduct or gross negligence where it cannot be limited;
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded;
-
defective-product liability that cannot be excluded;
-
breach of mandatory product-safety obligations;
-
breach of title; or
-
any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by law, DSTIKE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
For claims that may lawfully be limited, DSTIKE’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, epidemics, governmental action, customs restrictions, transportation disruption, carrier failure, power outages, or communication-network failure.
We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of the event and resume performance. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order within a reasonable period, we may cancel the affected part and refund the corresponding amount.
This section does not remove any mandatory right to cancel or receive a refund.
20. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy:
https://dstike.com/policies/privacy-policy
Payment providers, carriers, customs authorities, fraud-prevention providers, and service providers may process information as necessary to complete an order or provide the website.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which you normally reside where those protections apply.
Please contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can try to resolve the matter.
For business customers, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts at the registered business address of the website operator, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consumers may bring claims in any court or forum available to them under applicable mandatory law.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, products, website functions, or legal obligations.
The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce rights arising from an order accepted before the change.
The version in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order.
23. Severability and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the relevant product description, Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, form the agreement between you and DSTIKE concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
If a product page expressly provides a more specific term for that product, the product-specific term will apply to the extent of the difference.
Mandatory applicable law will prevail over any conflicting provision.
