Compact Dual-Band ESP32-C5 Wi-Fi Assessment Kit

The DSTIKE Deauther32 LCD Kit is a compact, open-source development device designed for makers, developers, wireless technology education, and authorized network assessment.

Powered by the Espressif ESP32-C5 RISC-V microcontroller, it supports compatible 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks and provides Wi-Fi 6 capability. A 1.3-inch ST7789 IPS color display, three-way navigation control, removable 18650 battery system, and USB-C connectivity make it a practical platform for portable testing and ESP32-C5 development.

Choose the assembled version with a battery for a convenient start or the unassembled version for a hands-on DIY experience.

What Is It?

The Deauther32 LCD Kit is a portable ESP32-C5 development and wireless assessment platform with an integrated color display and physical controls.

Compared with traditional ESP8266-based tools limited to 2.4 GHz, the ESP32-C5 supports modern dual-band wireless environments. Users can study compatible 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks through one compact interface.

The device is supplied with Deauther32 firmware and is intended for wireless technology education, network diagnostics, open-source development, and controlled security assessment on authorized equipment.

Why Did We Make It?

Many compact wireless development tools are limited to 2.4 GHz or require users to connect separate displays, buttons, charging modules, and battery holders.

The Deauther32 LCD Kit integrates these components into one compact platform:

  • ESP32-C5 dual-band wireless capability

  • 1.3-inch IPS color display

  • Three-way navigation control

  • USB-C power, charging, and firmware access

  • Removable 18650 battery support

  • Reverse-polarity warning

  • Preloaded Deauther32 firmware

  • Assembled and DIY configuration options

This provides makers with a cleaner and more convenient alternative to building a portable ESP32-C5 device from separate modules.

What Makes It Special?

  • Dual-Band ESP32-C5 Platform: Supports scanning and controlled packet testing on compatible 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks.

  • Wi-Fi 6 Capability: Provides a modern RISC-V platform for wireless education, development, and experimentation.

  • 1.3-Inch IPS Color Display: The ST7789 display provides a clear interface for menus, network information, scan results, and operating status.

  • Three-Way Navigation Control: Scroll through menus, review results, change settings, and confirm selections using one compact control.

  • Removable 18650 Power System: Use a compatible flat-top 18650 battery for portable operation.

  • Integrated Charging Circuit: Charge the installed rechargeable battery through the USB-C connection.

  • Reverse-Polarity Warning: An onboard red LED illuminates if the battery is inserted incorrectly.

  • Preloaded Firmware: The mainboard arrives with compatible Deauther32 firmware installed.

  • DIY-Friendly Construction: The unassembled version allows users to learn how the board, acrylic panel, controls, and hardware fit together.

  • Open-Source Development Platform: Developers can modify the firmware or repurpose the hardware for their own ESP32-C5 projects.

Choose Your Version

Assembled with Battery

This version arrives assembled and includes a compatible rechargeable battery.

It is intended for users who want a more convenient start without assembling the acrylic panel and control hardware.

Unassembled without Battery

This version is supplied as a DIY kit and requires assembly.

A battery is not included. You will need to purchase one compatible flat-top rechargeable 18650 battery locally.

Always use a new, undamaged battery from a reputable manufacturer and follow the polarity markings printed on the board.

Battery Installation and Charging

Before inserting the battery, carefully check the positive and negative polarity markings.

If the battery is inserted incorrectly:

  1. The onboard red warning LED will illuminate.

  2. Remove the battery immediately.

  3. Check the polarity markings.

  4. Reinsert the battery in the correct direction before powering on.

The warning LED helps identify reversed installation, but it does not replace careful battery handling.

Only charge a compatible rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery. Do not use damaged, swollen, leaking, overheated, or non-rechargeable cells.
