V3->V4 Differences

  • The PH2.0 reverse battery connector has been upgraded to the PH1.25 forward battery connector.
  • An external input protection diode has been added to prevent current from flowing back into the USB.
  • The component positions were adjusted and the charging circuit was re-optimized, which improved heat dissipation and made the circuit run more stably.
  • Brand-new packaging and instruction manual

What is it?

Deauther Mini is a portable WiFi penetration testing development board specifically designed for cybersecurity research, education, and geek enthusiasts. It is based on the popular ESP8266 chip and pre-installed with the renowned Deauther firmware written by Spacehuhn.

No complex code configuration is required. Just press a button and you can visually test and explore the vulnerabilities and mechanisms of 802.11 wireless networks in the palm of your hand. It is the perfect "entry-level" hacking hardware for you to understand WiFi security and enhance your awareness of protection.

Deauther Mini originated from the nodemcu development board. You can still regard the latest V4 version as an improved NodeMCU development board.

Key Features

Deauth (Disconnection Testing)

Forcefully disconnect specific devices from their WiFi connections by sending spoofed deauthentication frames to the target router and devices. Ideal for testing network resilience and defense mechanisms.

Beacon (SSID Flooding)

Instantly generate dozens or even hundreds of fake WiFi network names (SSIDs). This can be used to obscure your actual WiFi network or broadcast specific messages to nearby devices.

Probe (Probe Request Spoofing)

Send fake probe requests to confuse WiFi trackers, or observe the signals devices emit when searching for known networks to gain a deeper understanding of device connection behaviors.
